The breakfast was particularly good and warm, and the staff were pleasant and courteous. the room was bright with a balcony and a pullout couch.

The room was nicely updated, moreover neat with a balcony. The breakfasts were complimentary and enjoyable with quoted rate, complementary wine and all the staff was excellent!

We had double room with the sofa bed and pullout couch plus bathroom.

I loved my good stay at Medicine Hat Lodge, Trademark Collection By Wyndham, where I stayed for 2-4 nights a month. the location of the hotel next to a mall and many attractions was excellent and convenient. - It was great that the hotel was close to Thai Express for some fast food cravings.

Fab food for breakfast.

The venue is clean, with marvellous location short walk to the restaurant, Casino. It has efficient and attentive staff members like a manager. The attached restaurant for the breakfast buffet is what you need.

I appreciated the stunning beauty of this place during my one-night stay. the location was great, with Medicine Hat airport only 10 km away. the breakfast buffet at the restaurant was pretty good. the pool view was impressive, and the staff at the reception desk were very polite and motivated.

The entrance and lobby are very spacious and welcoming. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was great, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The rate was very reasonable which is what we were looking for. Will definitely stay there again.

I loved the room with king bed, the bed was good. This location was comfy, next to the mall, theater and the perfect venue for a wedding or a weekend getaway, Convenient close to shopping and another restaurant. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

The staff - some of them were arrogant.

The price was great, and the staff, including the manager, were very polite, which made the stay enjoyable.

We were thrilled by the staff. They were all very friendly and eager to please. Food options were great and the room was large and very plseant.

The waterslide! The lady at the counter gave us a free breakfast.

Because of the pool being inside the air felt very moist and smelt of chlorine. But its worth it to have the pool and slide there.

The location here is fantastic, close to shopping spots and other amenities, making it convenient to access; we even grabbed a few drinks at Montana's BBQ Bar nearby.

I stayed here once before years ago and based off my previous experience I decided to come back. Over all it was a good stay.

When I checked into my room it smelled of smoke in a non-smoking hotel :( that and there was a few plates of food left in the hall my whole stay.

Our room had a comfortable king bed.It was a small suite. There was ample floor space, a nice big bathroom and lots of TVs (which we rarely used). The pullout couch was only a single and that was not the best for us. It was not really completely comfortable. The room was quiet. The hotel had a good family atmosphere and the pools and slides were great for our children. Staff was polite.

The hotel was too expensive to stay as long as we wanted to.
